Mountain Biking at Mike the Headless Chicken Festival

Feel like a kid again with wind in hair as you glide down the mountainside. This mountain biking adventure is designed for all ages and all fitness levels. It is also at our own risk. Bring your own mountain bike or rent a demo one at a local bike shop. These trails are so amazing that mountain bikers travel from around the world to experience these rides.

We will meet at Over the Edge Sports, 202 E. Aspen Ave, Fruita, CO at 9 am. Then we will car pool to 18 Road to ride a combination of mountain bike trails (Joes ridge, Kesels, PBR). Pack a lunch or bring snacks with you as we will carpool back to Fruita around 3 pm. When the day is over we will meet up at the Hot Tomato Cafe at 3:00 PM to enjoy the rest of the festival and local beer / wine! See more information at
